    Why We Build Native Instead of Cross-Platform

    Writing directly in Swift and SwiftUI means your app compiles straight to native code and calls Apple's frameworks directly, with nothing in between. That matters most in three situations: when you need a brand-new iOS API the day it ships (a new widget type, a new StoreKit capability, a new privacy permission), when the app is animation- or gesture-heavy and needs to feel exactly like a first-party Apple app, or when you're building for Apple Watch, where cross-platform frameworks have historically had thin or delayed support. If your priority is instead shipping one codebase for both iOS and Android quickly, our Flutter or React Native pages cover that tradeoff honestly — native iOS costs more for a single platform, and that cost buys you the tightest possible integration with Apple's ecosystem, not necessarily a faster launch.

    App Store submission is also a real part of the job, not a formality at the end.
