    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or using CodeCrafter's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our software development, design, and consulting services.

    2. Use of Services

    Our services include but are not limited to: • Custom software development • Web and mobile application development • UI/UX design services • Cloud infrastructure and DevOps solutions • AI and machine learning solutions • Technical consulting and advisory You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

    3. User Responsibilities

    As a client, you are responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete project requirements • Timely communication and feedback during development • Providing necessary access, credentials, and resources • Ensuring you have rights to any content or materials provided • Maintaining confidentiality of any shared credentials • Making payments according to agreed schedules

    4. Intellectual Property Rights

    Upon full payment of all invoices: • You receive full ownership of custom-developed code and designs • Third-party libraries remain under their respective licenses • CodeCrafter retains the right to use generic, non-proprietary components • We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed) Until full payment is received, all work product remains the property of CodeCrafter.

    5. Payment Terms & Billing

    • Projects typically require an upfront deposit (25-50%) • Milestone-based payments may apply for larger projects • Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed • Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month • We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and major payment platforms • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

    6. Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to: • Keep all project-related information confidential • Not disclose proprietary business information to third parties • Use confidential information only for project purposes • Return or destroy confidential materials upon project completion • Maintain confidentiality obligations for 3 years after project end We are happy to sign mutual NDAs for sensitive projects.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law: • CodeCrafter shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service • We are not liable for delays caused by client-side factors • We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results • Force majeure events release us from performance obligations

    8. Termination

    Either party may terminate the agreement: • With 30 days written notice for ongoing services • Immediately if the other party breaches these Terms • Upon mutual written agreement Upon termination: • Client pays for all work completed to date • We deliver all completed work upon payment • Confidentiality obligations survive termination

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where CodeCrafter operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
